-Arrival In Vermilion City-
As Ash got into his room in the S.S. Anne, he heard many Pokemon battles
outside of his room. After hearing many Pokemon battles, he decided to go out
and fight other trainers to gain experience points. Ash stepped out of his
room taking all of his Pokemon. Soon he met up with Matt, a Pokemon Trainer.
After seeing Matt's battle with his Pokemon on the built-in PokeArena, he
decided to fight Matt after he defeats his victim. "I challenge you to a
Pokemon bout, Matt. What do you say?" Ash said as he looked at Matt. "Fine,
I'll battle your Pokemon! Be prepared to lose, because I have not been
defeated by anyone on the S.S. Anne before.
So Ash and Matt stood on the
arena prepared to battle. "Are you ready?" Matt said with a grin. "Yes, now
lets battle!" Ash said putting down his backpack. "Go Rattata!" Matt said as
he threw out his Pokeball. "Fine, I choose Wartortle!" Ash said as he tossed
his Pokeball into the air. Wartortle had the first attack on his hand by
using his Bubble attack, which hit Rattata. Rattata came back using its
Tackle attack, but Wartortle recovered fast and used his Water Gun. Rattata
took the hit, but used its Hyper Fang once it got back up. Wartortle used
Withdraw to protect itself from Rattata's attack, which caused Rattata to jump
pass Wartortle.
Wartortle took the advantage by using his BubbleBeam attack,
which caused Rattata to lose most of its HP. "Wartortle, finish it off with a
Hydro Pump!" Ash shouted. Wartortle used its Hydro Pump to blow the Rattata
away into the ship's wall. "No Rattata, fine I am going to use Raichu!" Matt
shouted as he tossed his Pokeball into the middle of the arena. "Wartortle
return! Go Pikachu!" Ash yelled as he threw his Pokeball onto the arena.
Raichu had the first attack by using its Body Slam. Pikachu was too fast for
Raichu's attack, thus using his Thunderbolt attack to electrocute Raichu. The
Raichu was trying to use its Thundershock, but always ends up missing Pikachu.
After a long match, Pikachu won by using its Thunderbolt attack with the help
of his Agility. Ash got 30,000Pokedollars for winning. Ash kept on fighting
all of the trainers on the S.S. Anne, winning all, until he met a strange
Pokemon in the basement of the ship. Ash took out his PokeDex, but it had no
data on this strange Pokemon.
Finally, he heard the Pokemon say "Pika." Now
knowing that it sounded like a Pikachu, Ash called out his Pikachu to
communicate with it. After a long moment hearing the two Pokemon talk,
Pikachu came out of the shadows. The unknown Pokemon followed revealing it to
be a Pikachu, but only blue! Ash asked Pikachu to see what its name was.
"Pika Pi!" Pikachu talked in his babyish voice. Ash still couldn't
understand what his name was, so knowing that Mew can speak in any language,
Ash called out Mew. "Mew, try to talk to Pikachu about what this Pokemon's
name is and then tell me in English.!" Ash said as Mew talked to Pikachu.
Mew then stood still after he finished talking to Pikachu to focus on
something.
Mew suddenly talked in English saying, "Pikachu said that this
Pokemon is a PokeGod. Its name is Pikablu. Pikablu focuses on Water attacks
and original Electric attacks." Ash called back his Mew. Ash asked Pikachu
if he could've persuaded Pikablu to come join his team. Pikablu refused, so
knowing that it is a water-electric type, he had no choice but to call Mew out
to battle. As Mew came out of his Pokeball, Mew used his Disable attack to
disable Pikablu's movements. Pikablu wasn't over yet, thus breaking out of
Mew's disable attack and coming back at Mew with a Hydro Pump. Mew used
Teleport to get out of its way. The battle lasted forever without anyone
getting hurt until Pikablu used its Thunder attack on Mew. "Mew, use
Confusion to reflect the attack!" Ash shouted as Pikablu's attack was about
to come closer to Mew.
Mew used Confusion, which made Pikablu's Thunder
attack reflect back at Pikablu, causing Pikablu to hit itself. "My turn!
Pokeball GO!" Ash shouted out as he threw his Pokeball at Pikablu. Ash, Mew,
and Pikachu looked at the Pokeball turn about for moments, until the Pokeball
finally turned green. "YES!" Ash yelled out as he held the Pokeball in his
hand. "We got Pikablu," Ash shouted out holding up a peace sign. "Come on
Mew and Pikachu, we better take a rest here before the ship arrives at
Vermilion City! That was a long battle to catch Pikablu. I will buy you guys
some treats before we fight the Vermilion Gym, okay?" Ash said as they were
walking to their rooms. After a few hours, the S.S. Anne arrived to Vermilion
City. Ash stepped out of the ship putting away his 100,000PokeDollars he
earned from battling. Ash headed for the PokeCenter to fully charge his
Pokemon.
Ash was carrying way to many Pokemon, so he decided to store some
Pokemon via PC. Ash deposited and withdrew many times to get the best results
as his team. At the end he had Mew, Pikachu, Wartortle, Pikablu, Geodude, and
Sandshrew. Now that his Pokemon were fully recharged, he left to Pokemon
Candy Store to buy some treats as promised for his Pokemon. Now that Ash's
Pokemon were ready, he left to battle the city's Gym to get his 3rd badge.
